15-Minute Nutty European Soft Bread/Family Bread
This is a common family bread in Europe, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It’s low in sugar and oil, and mixed with high-fiber grains, cereals, and nuts. It’s simple to make, nutritious, and healthy. Because it contains oats and nuts, although made with high-gluten flour, the finished product looks and tastes like chewy whole wheat bread.

Pour all the ingredients into the stand mixer and mix on low speed for 5 minutes.
Once the dough forms a ball, mix on high speed for 15 minutes to fully combine all the ingredients.
Shape the dough and place it on a baking tray, then sprinkle with some flour.
Place the dough in the oven to proof with a bowl of hot water to maintain temperature and humidity.
Proof for 1 hour, then score the dough—it may look a bit uneven.
Preheat the oven to 190°C/375°F and bake for 30 minutes. Remove and cool. During baking, the aroma of the bread will fill the house.
