Avocado with Buckwheat Noodles (Healthy and Oil-Free)

I often mix avocado with bread, but today I tried it with noodles—it’s absolutely delicious! My friends even licked the plate clean, haha. Sharing this with everyone.

Ingredients

Avocado1 piece
Buckwheat Noodles100g
Cherry Tomatoes4 pieces
Lemon1/4 piece
Soy Saucea small amount
Black Peppera small amount

Steps

Prepare the ingredients. Boil the buckwheat noodles.

Chop the cherry tomatoes and mix with the avocado, mashing them into a paste. You can also use a blender.

Cool the boiled buckwheat noodles in cold water and mix with a small amount of soy sauce.

Add the mixture from step 2 to the noodles.

Add a small amount of black pepper and lemon juice. A delicious noodle salad is ready!

Cooking Tips

Using a blender to mash the avocado and cherry tomatoes will result in a better texture.
