B52 Bomber Cocktail

B-52 is a cocktail with a very unique drinking method. It requires a short straw, a napkin, and a lighter. Light the cocktail on fire, drink it all at once with the straw, and you’ll experience the sensation of transitioning from cold to hot, a dual sensation of ice and fire. Pour Kahlúa coffee liqueur into the bottom layer of the liqueur glass until it fills 1/3 of the glass.

Gently pour Baileys Irish Cream along the bar spoon, also filling about 1/3 of the glass. Go slow to ensure distinct layering.

The final step is to light the cocktail on fire: Do you see the faint blue flame? It looks even better in the dark. When drinking, most bars provide you with a straw. Insert the straw while the fire is still burning, and quickly sip it all down. Due to the narrowness of the straw, there’s not enough oxygen, so the flame will extinguish—don’t worry.
