Baked Rose Apple Flower
Recently saw this online, tried exploring on my own, needs improvement!
Ingredients
Red AppleOne
Butter30g
Low-gluten Flour100g
Water20g
Sugar30g
Steps

Sift the flour, cut the butter into small pieces and soften.

Crumble and mix, then knead into a dough by adding water.

Slice the apple and simmer it in a pot for a while; you can add some sugar to the water.

Roll out the dough and cut into six strips.

Pat dry the apple slices with kitchen paper, wrap them with the dough, and start rolling.

Roll slowly~ resembling Big Big Bubblegum.
