Soft, Glutinous & Rich ~ Oil-free, Sugar-free Low-cal Banana Brownies ~

Dedicated to low-calorie fitness-friendly food~ I like to mix and match different recipes and tweak the ratios to suit people who are working out and losing fat, and record recipes with great taste~ This brownie recipe is sugar-free and oil-free, super low in calories~ It uses only the sweetness of banana, with a slightly bitter cocoa aftertaste and a soft, glutinous, rich texture~ It feels different from the previous tofu-based one: that version is denser and smoother, with a faint bean aroma. 👉🏻 Tofu version: https://www.xiachufang.com/recipe/104079335/?group=share_title_a 💕 Both are delicious~ Just choose according to what you have at home.
