Prepare the ingredients: Wash the tomatoes, peel them, cut into pieces, and mash into small chunks with a spoon.
Mix starch with water evenly and set aside.
Wash celery leaves and chopped green onions, then chop finely and set aside.
Add 4 small bowls of water to the pot, then add the mashed tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
After boiling, stir the starch-water mixture again, then pour it slowly into the pot while stirring constantly.
Boil again until the soup thickens to a preferred consistency.
Drizzle the egg mixture into the soup in a circular motion, stir with chopsticks, and add salt and seafood soy sauce. Bring to a boil again, turn off the heat, and add a little chicken essence.
