Black Sesame Almond Crisp Cookies - No Need to Cream the Butter, Still Crumbly~

Original recipe: http://www.xiachufang.com/recipe/100580325/ I made some adjustments to the original recipe by adding more black sesame seeds, reducing the oil and sugar, making the sweetness just right for my taste—not overly sweet~ No need to cream butter, this is a super quick cookie recipe. Thanks to the addition of black sesame seeds, the cookies smell amazing after baking. Why are they so crumbly? It's because of the almond flour!
