Braised Pork with Dried Tofu Skin

Dried tofu skin100g
Cinnamon stick1 piece
Star anise1 piece
Bay leaves2 pieces
Light soy sauce30g
Dark soy sauce5g
Rock sugar10g

Soak the dried tofu skin in warm water.

Wash and drain the pork belly, cut into appropriately sized pieces. Place the meat in a non-stick pan and fry over low heat until golden brown and oily.
