Ingredients

Quail Eggs250g
Pork Belly600g
Ginger5 slices
Garlic2 cloves
Bay Leaf1 piece
Star Anise2 pieces
Chili Pepper2 pieces
Rock Sugara small handful
Light Soy Sauce2 tablespoons
Dark Soy Saucea little more than half a tablespoon
Oyster Sauce1 tablespoon
Rice Wine1 tablespoon

Wash and cut the pork belly into chunks, blanch and set aside

Boil quail eggs in cold water for about 10 minutes, cool and peel

Prepare sliced ginger, sliced garlic, and wash star anise, chili pepper, and bay leaf
