Braised Pork with Radish - Quick Dish with Taitaile Fresh Chicken Sauce
Braised pork has tender skin and meat with a vibrant red color, rich and fragrant sauce, a balance of savory and sweet flavors, and melts in your mouth. Soft and tender without falling apart, it’s loved by many. Adding white radish to the braised pork lets the radish soak up the sauce, making it incredibly delicious! For this dish, Taitaile Fresh Chicken Sauce is added, blending the pork aroma with the concentrated chicken flavor, creating a magical taste. As the saying goes, 'This taste is heavenly, rare to find on earth.'
Ingredients
Steps
Gather the main ingredients
Cut the white radish into rolling pieces
Cut the pork into chunks
Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pan and stir-fry the pork until it releases oil
Add green onion, ginger slices, and garlic scapes. I also added half a pack of Knorr 'Spicy Bullfrog' seasoning left in my fridge; you can skip this if you don’t have it.
Continue to stir-fry until fragrant
Pour in an appropriate amount of purified water. Add dark soy sauce, Taitaile Fresh Scallop Sauce, a few rock sugar crystals, salt, and cooking wine. (I habitually added some chicken powder, but it’s optional as mentioned in the next step.)
Here comes the soul of this dish: Add two spoons of Taitaile Fresh Chicken Sauce. Upon opening the bottle, a rich chicken soup aroma will greet you. The silicone valve bottle ensures hygienic control of portions.
Mix well, add a few pre-cooked eggs (make two cuts on the eggs to help them absorb flavor), and simmer on low heat...
Simmer until all ingredients are tender and flavorful (keep some sauce, as it can be used for rice or noodles), then serve. Oh, the aroma is amazing! Let’s dig in!
