Braised Pork with Radish - Quick Dish with Taitaile Fresh Chicken Sauce

Braised pork has tender skin and meat with a vibrant red color, rich and fragrant sauce, a balance of savory and sweet flavors, and melts in your mouth. Soft and tender without falling apart, it’s loved by many. Adding white radish to the braised pork lets the radish soak up the sauce, making it incredibly delicious! For this dish, Taitaile Fresh Chicken Sauce is added, blending the pork aroma with the concentrated chicken flavor, creating a magical taste. As the saying goes, 'This taste is heavenly, rare to find on earth.'

Cooking Tips

1. Taitaile Fresh Chicken Sauce contains salt. If using it for stir-frying, no extra salt is needed. Since braised pork is slow-cooked with water, you can add a small amount of salt according to your taste; 2. Traditional braised pork recipes include Sichuan peppercorns and star anise. I used Thirteen Spices instead; 3. Taitaile Fresh Chicken Sauce can entirely replace chicken powder. I habitually added chicken powder, but this step can be skipped for friends.
