Bread Machine: Baicui PE6880 Flour: Golden Statue High-Gluten Flour Yeast: Golden Yeast (or Angel Yeast) Sugar: Taikoo (or Korean) Fine Granulated Sugar Butter: All imported butter is suitable (haven't tried domestic ones) Milk: German Delbao Cranberries: American Cranberries

Preparation 1: First add salt, granulated sugar, and butter.
Preparation 2: Then add 250g high-gluten flour, 170ml milk, and finally add 4g yeast.
Production: Select option 2 on Baicui Bread Machine (Soft Wind/English Style), set weight to 500g, and choose light crust color.
Production: During mixing (before fermentation), add 50g cranberries; cranberries should be soaked in wine for more than 2 hours in advance.
Prepare it at night, and it's ready for breakfast the next morning—so much better than store-bought!
