Steps

Weigh all the ingredients except butter in the main bowl of the Hauswirt HK53 kitchen machine.

Set to knead on level 2 for 6 minutes.

Add butter after kneading for 2.5 to 3 minutes.

Continue kneading into a smooth dough.

Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and shape them into balls.

Seal tightly.

Place the portions into a pre-heated waffle machine.

Close the lid and wait for about 2 minutes. When you smell the aroma, open the lid and check if the color looks like the picture, then remove.

Cooking Tips

Don't add too much brown sugar when wrapping. Excessive sugar may spill out during heating. Add an appropriate amount only.
