Brown Sugar Glutinous Rice Cake
Soft and chewy, bite-sized treats~ Just as good as the ones in stores~
Ingredients
Brown Sugar2 spoons
Glutinous Rice Flour100 grams
Warm Water77 grams
Oil3 grams

Knead into a dough and divide into 6 portions. This recipe makes six small cakes.

Spread a little oil in the pan. Once it's about 50% hot, add the cakes. (Less oil is healthier!)

How long to fry? Fry until both sides are golden brown~ Keep the heat moderate.

Add 2 spoons of brown sugar to a small half bowl of water. (Adjust the amount of brown sugar based on your taste. You can taste the sweetness while preparing the syrup.)

Pour in the brown sugar syrup.

Flip both sides and let the syrup reduce until almost dry, then remove from the pan.
