Wash 300g of blueberries and place them in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add 35g of granulated sugar. Prepare sterilized jars for packing the jam and let them dry.
Mix 5g of cornstarch with 15g of cool boiled water until smooth.
Add 5g of lemon juice to the pot with blueberries.
Crush 10 blueberries and give it a quick stir.
Bring to a gentle boil over low heat and cook for 1 more minute. Stir occasionally to dissolve the sugar. Stir the cornstarch mixture again, and slowly pour it into the boiling blueberries while stirring constantly.
Once it comes to a boil again, stir occasionally and cook the blueberries for another 2 minutes until thickened.
Pour into the sterilized jars. Store in the refrigerator and consume as soon as possible (I’m not sure how long it can last~\(≧▽≦)/~).
