Prepare all the ingredients first.
First, allow the lobster to urinate by inserting a chopstick into the hole at the tail of the lobster, then remove it to drain the water inside.
Put the lobster into boiling water and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Separate the lobster's head from the body by twisting it apart.
Cut open the shell on the abdomen to take out the meat inside the body.
Cut the body into sections and set aside.
In a pan, add butter, then sauté garlic cloves, thyme, and onions sequentially until fragrant.
Add the lobster pieces and fry until completely red.
Sprinkle black pepper and powdered salt before serving to enhance the flavor.
Finally, plate with bean sprouts, place the lobster and sliced lime on top, and squeeze a little lime juice before eating for a chewy and flavorful taste!
