I won’t repeat the 6-inch chiffon cake method here, I’ve posted it before.
Bake in the oven until done and set aside.
Take it out, invert to cool, then demould.
Perfect~
Whip the cream with caster sugar using an electric mixer until it reaches soft peaks (about half-whipped).
Pour it over the naked cake.
Then continue whipping the remaining cream until it’s firm enough for piping decorations.
Cut off the tops of the strawberries to use as the snowman ☃️ hats. Arrange the bottoms on the cake, pipe a bit of cream on top and place the hats on.
Use black sesame seeds for the snowmen’s eyes (you can also melt chocolate over hot water, then put it into a piping bag and pipe on the eyes).
Finally, dust the surface with a bit of icing sugar and add some blueberries for decoration, and it’s done.
