Ingredients
Steps
Knead the dough using the post-oil method until it reaches the expansion stage, then let it ferment in a warm place.
After the first fermentation, divide the dough into 2 pieces each of 20g, 35g, 50g, and 60g. Round them along with the remaining dough and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Roll the rested dough into a circular shape, then make marks to divide it into six equal parts.
Cut through the center but do not cut all the way through.
Open the dough and make two cuts at each marked section, with the tip uncut, forming six connected small triangles. Link the two ends together and place them on a baking sheet. Let them proof in a warm, humid place.
Once cooled, sift powdered sugar over and stack them in descending order of size.
