Classic Italian Meat Sauce Pasta
Being a fan of Italian pasta, I learned how to make pasta when working at Pizza Hut with my roommate during my sophomore year. Today, I’m sharing the simplest way to make classic Italian meat sauce pasta ^ω^
Ingredients
Steps
Add a little salt to the water, then put the pasta in and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. The thicker the pasta, the longer the cooking time.
Filter the cooked pasta through cool water and drain. Mix in a bit of olive oil and set it aside for later.
I made enough for two servings, so I used a quarter of an onion. Since I didn’t have beef or pork at home, I substituted with cooked meat. Chop both ingredients into small cubes. Quick tip: When chopping onions, don’t worry too much about the shape because I cried for a long time while chopping them ::>_<::
Add one tomato or two small tomatoes, chopped into small pieces, to enhance the freshness of the tomato soup.
These are the prepared Hunts brand original tomato sauce and black pepper powder.
Pour a little olive oil into a pan and stir fry the onion until fragrant. Then add meat cubes and continue to stir fry.
Add diced tomatoes, then tomato sauce, about half a packet for two servings. Pour in half a small bowl of water since the tomato sauce is very thick. Finally, add a little black pepper powder.
Finally, add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir fry for about a minute, and it’s ready *^o^*
Plate it up, yeah~
