Classic National Dish | Tomato Scrambled Eggs
Tomato scrambled eggs, a nutritious and delicious home-cooked dish~ Not only is it easy and quick to make, visually, the red and yellow contrast is very appetizing 😍 The eggs are tender and flavorful, the tomatoes are tangy and appetizing, with a rich taste, it's definitely a rice killer 🍚 For home frying, I use Dorning Golden Triple Benefit Sunflower Oil, it has won the 'Special Prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Cereals and Oils Association'. Prepare the required ingredients:
Wash the tomatoes and cut them into wedges.
Chop the green onion into small pieces.
Break the eggs into a bowl, adding a pinch of salt.
Whisk them evenly and set aside.
Pour Dorning Golden Triple Benefit Sunflower Oil into the pan~ Use a little more oil; for 3 eggs, at least 2 tablespoons of oil are needed.
When the oil is 80% hot, pour in the egg mixture.
Once most of it is puffed up and solidified, flip over, slightly fry until completely solidified, and set aside.
Keep some oil in the pan, fry the green onion until fragrant, then add tomatoes and stir-fry.
Add tomato sauce, soy sauce, salt, and sugar for seasoning.
Reduce to low heat, cook the tomatoes until they become soft and release juice, then pour the scrambled eggs back into the pan.
Stir a few times, letting the egg coat in the thick sauce, then it's ready to be served.
