Cola Chicken Wings

Put the chicken wings into a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 3 minutes to remove blood and impurities. Remove and set aside. PS: Make sure to start with cold water, otherwise, the meat will not be tender.
Add oil to the pan, use medium-low heat, and add Sichuan peppercorns, star anise, green onion, ginger, and dried chili to make an aromatic base.
Once the spices release their aroma, add the blanched chicken wings and stir-fry for 3 minutes to remove excess moisture.
Add cola to cover the chicken wings.
Season with salt and soy sauce and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken wings.
PS: Once the chicken wings are fully cooked, you can turn the heat to high to reduce the sauce quickly.
