Coke Braised Pork

As the weather cools down, I thought of making a meal of braised pork! Haven't had it for a long time, and it seems like my stomach is lacking some oiliness~ Time to gain some weight~ Let's make a big portion of delicious braised pork to share with the family~ One piece for you, one piece for me, and we won't gain weight so easily! Coincidentally, there's no sugar at home, but for southerners, sugar is the soul seasoning for braised pork! So I thought, why not make a special version? Use the newly bought Coca-Cola! No need for sugar or dark soy sauce! It's similar to the dish of Coke chicken wings~ The color and taste are perfect in one go~ If you don't know how to cook, following this recipe will definitely help you make a perfect braised pork! If you feel greasy while eating the meat, quickly open a can of refreshing Coca-Cola. It's cool and delicious, making the meal even more enjoyable!

First, blanch the pork belly. My suggestion is not to cut it; put the whole piece directly into the pot. It's easier to shape after blanching. Add pork belly, ginger slices, scallion, and cooking wine to a pot of cold water and bring to a boil.

Boil on high heat for 20 minutes until the meat is fully done with no blood inside. Then remove and rinse off the scum, and cut into cubes for later use.
