Cold Dressed Shredded Garlic Scapes
Ingredients
garlic scapes1 bunch
sesame oil1 spoon
salt5 g
vinegar1 spoon
chicken bouillon1 spoon
light soy sauce2 spoons
white sugar1 small spoon
Steps

Bring water to a boil, blanch the garlic scapes until cooked, cool in cold water, cut a cross at the head of each scape, tear into thin strips, wash clean and drain well for later use.

In a bowl, add minced garlic, chopped small chili peppers, chicken bouillon, salt, chopped scallions, sesame seeds, and chili powder, then pour in hot oil.

Add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, then mix well.
