Corn Milk-Flavored Sweet Bean Rolls

Mix corn flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, and yeast evenly.
Pour in 260g of milk and start kneading the dough.
Knead the dough well, cover it with plastic wrap, and let it proof.
Once the dough has doubled in size, take it out and knead to release the air. Roll the dough into a long strip, then divide it into small portions of 60g each. Roll each portion into a 10cm circle with a thick center and thinner edges, ensuring even size.
Stuff with 10g of sweet red beans.
Seal the red beans inside, similar to making buns, with the seam side down. Roll it into an oval shape.
Then turn it over and roll from bottom to top.
Shape the Corn Milk-Flavored Sweet Bean Roll.
Place the rolls in a steamer with cold water. Cover with a lid and let them proof until doubled in size. Start steaming on medium-low heat for 12 minutes after the water boils, then turn off the heat and let them sit for 2-3 minutes.
