Milk Mango Steamed Egg
Milk and eggs, due to their comprehensive nutrition and easier absorption, are two of the most nearly perfect staple ingredients. They are also a daily essential for children. Milk is easy enough—just drink it—but eggs can be prepared in countless ways. Regardless of the method, they always share a common appealing texture: soft, smooth, and fragrant. Compared to scrambled eggs or soft-boiled eggs with runny yolks that many people enjoy for their silky and fresh taste, few are aware that such semi-cooked egg yolks may still contain Salmonella that has not been eliminated through high heat or freezing. If the eggs are not particularly fresh, eating them comes with a risk of illness. Some parents might think that semi-cooked yolks are easier for children to absorb, but it turns out that avidin-like substances in raw yolks can actually impair the body's ability to absorb the protein in egg whites. This has been confirmed by nutrition experts.
