Heat sufficient vegetable oil in a fryer to medium-high (about 150-160°C). Place the dough pieces into the oil and fry until golden brown (about 1-2 minutes). Remove the fried sesame leaves and drain off excess oil. For the sweet flavor, you can brush them with honey or syrup for extra taste.

Cooking Tips

1. Roll the dough thinner for extra crispiness. 2. Fry on medium heat; if the oil is too hot, the sesame leaves will easily burn.
