This Way of Making 【Okara Pancakes】 is so Delicious, Success on the First Try~Love It
Don't throw away the okara left from making tofu pudding; making okara pancakes this way is absolutely tasty~ The tofu pudding recipe was shared in the last post. After soaking 100g of dried soybeans and juicing them, you’re left with about 150g of okara (containing some moisture), which can make around 7 small pancakes with a 5cm diameter. Crispy outside and soft inside, it gives a hint of eating chicken nuggets. The texture is quite surprising, give it a try~
Ingredients
Steps
Add onion, green onion, egg, salt, and flour to the okara.
Mix and knead evenly, shape into balls, and flatten into pancakes.
Heat oil in a pan, cook over low heat until both sides are golden brown, then it's done.

The okara pancakes aren't fishy at all, they're super fragrant. The exterior is hard and crispy, while the interior is soft. It looks a bit like chicken filling, and eating it feels like biting into chicken nuggets, try it out~
