Prepare the 6-inch upper layer directly on a base sheet. Wrap the base sheet with plastic wrap to make it feel more hygienic for the customer.

Frost the surface of the 8-inch bottom layer.

Use a mousse ring to determine the center position of the 8-inch bottom cake. Insert the Pocky chocolate biscuits on the inner circle. Normally, for 8➕6, insert 6 sticks. For 10➕8, insert 8 sticks.

Cut off the excess part of the Pocky biscuits.
