Electric Griddle Pizza
The electric griddle seems simple yet its functionality is surprisingly powerful! My cousin brought back a kilogram of cheese from Australia, and it's been sitting in the fridge for a long time. It's time to make use of it~
Ingredients
Steps
Peel and dice the sweet potato
Add a spoon of sugar and mix well for later use
Slice button mushrooms, heat oil in a pan, fry until half-cooked, and remove
Buy a bag of mixed corn, green peas, carrot bits from the supermarket, blanch in boiling water and remove
Dice green bell pepper and onion for later use
Dice pineapple for later use
Open the electric griddle, spread butter, roll out the risen dough into a thin crust and lay it flat
Spread sweet potato mash around the edge, and use a fork to poke holes in the middle of the dough
Wrap the edges up
Spread a layer of tomato sauce
Add onion and green bell pepper, then spread a layer of grated cheese (grated cheese is shaved into crumbles using a grater)
Cheese
Add corn bits, ham sausage bits, pineapple bits, and all remaining ingredients, then spread another layer of grated cheese
Turn on the electric griddle to heat, close it, and use a spatula to press down on the griddle while heating both sides simultaneously
In about less than 20 minutes, the pizza is ready
The sweet potato edges are excellent and delicious
Couldn't find a container at home more suitable than a lid mat
