Braised Pork with Fermented Tofu

Pork belly500g
Wangzhihe fermented tofu2 cubes
Scallion1 section
Ginger1 slice
Rock sugar1 piece
Bay leaf2 pieces

Cut the pork belly into small pieces, wash, blanch, and set aside
