Wash clean;
Pat the π dry with kitchen paper, and cut into long strips;
For sun-drying, just take them out and dry directly;
Steam in a pot;
Steam until slightly softened;
For steam-drying: once softened, take them out and dry;
When drying the π under the βοΈ, it's best to use a vegetable π umbrella to keep away flies π¦ and insects π for clean and hygienic drying.
After 3 days of βοΈ sun in summer, you can store them for braising with pork later π₯’.
Once π has dried under the βοΈ, store them in a tin can.
