Fried Rice Noodles
You can prepare it within ten minutes after waking up. Pair it with milk, juice, fruit, or freshly boiled vegetables, and add a few nuts for a nutritious and loving breakfast.

Prepare the ingredients, wash the cilantro, and chop it finely.
Boil water in a pot, add one pack of rice noodles, cover and soak for three minutes. Then, use chopsticks to loosen them up, cover again and let it steam for two minutes. Remove and drain the water.
Heat oil in a pan, add the blanched rice noodles, mix in two tablespoons of rice mix sauce, half a tablespoon of light soy sauce, and a little sugar.
Stir-fry the rice noodles over medium-high heat continuously using chopsticks.
After mixing evenly, add a little water and continue stir-frying until the water evaporates.
Add chopped cilantro, stir well, and serve.
