Garlic-Flavored Grilled Scallops

Ingredients

Scallops6 pieces
Minced garlic2 tablespoons
Chopped green and red peppers2 tablespoons
Chopped green onion1 tablespoon
Lemon juiceA few drops
Glass noodles1 handful
Olive oil1 tablespoon (15ml)
Light soy sauce1 teaspoon (5ml)
Salt1/2 teaspoon
Scallionto taste

Separate the scallops from the shell with a knife, remove the black sand sac, and clean thoroughly. Scrub the inside and outside of the shells with a brush. Soak the glass noodles in hot water.

Soak until softened.

Finely chop the green and red peppers, mince the garlic, and mix them in a bowl. Add salt, light soy sauce, and olive oil, then stir well and set aside.

Place the prepared scallops onto a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Drain the soaked glass noodles and arrange them in a circle around the scallop meat.

Evenly drizzle the prepared sauce over the scallop meat and squeeze a few drops of lemon juice on top.
