Garlic Baguette
Saw the baguette made by @Dessert-Time on Weibo, couldn't resist it. So I got a baguette made with natural yeast, filled with a rich wheat aroma. Ever since I had pre-meal bread with every Western meal in the U.S., I fell in love with the original taste of European bread. This time, a new way to enjoy the baguette: Slice the baguette, spread garlic paste mixed with olive oil on it, and bake together. Crispy and delicious! My husband especially loves it. A very simple recipe. If you like it, give it a try!
