Butter Garlic Toast
Garlic toast with butter, garlic, and green onions spread on the toast, baked until crispy in the oven—so delicious!

Whole Wheat Toast4 slices
Butter25 grams
Garlic1 clove
Green Onions2 stalks

1. Chop the green onions and garlic finely into a paste;

2. Soften the butter into liquid form;

3. Mix the garlic paste with the butter, add a pinch of salt and black pepper powder, and combine well;

4. Line a baking tray with parchment paper, cut the whole wheat toast in half, and place them on the baking tray;

5. Use a spoon to evenly spread the garlic butter paste onto the toast;

6. Preheat the oven to 170°C for 5 minutes. Place the toast in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Crispy and fragrant, perfect for breakfast—satisfying indeed.

Cooking Tips
1. I only used one clove of garlic because my kids might not like it. You can add another clove if you enjoy garlic.
