Garlic Cheese Shrimp
I always want to try a beautiful and unique way to eat shrimp during the Spring Festival. Our home has all the necessary baking tools, but for various reasons, I haven't been baking recently. So why not combine baking and shrimp to make a special shrimp dish~~~~ During the Spring Festival, as there are many dishes to prepare, the stovetop may not be enough. By the time the last dish is done, the earlier ones will have cooled down, affecting their texture and flavor~~~ By utilizing the oven to bake two dishes and keeping them warm inside, and steaming a few dishes in advance to reheat later, even if unexpected guests come, there’s no need to rush. A sumptuous meal can be ready in the shortest time~~~~
Ingredients
Steps
Clean the shrimp and trim the whiskers. Slice along the back and remove the vein.
Spread the shrimp open into a flat piece.
Finely mince the garlic (the finer, the better). Melt the butter, mix it with the garlic, then add salt and black pepper to make a garlic butter sauce.
Place the prepared shrimp on a baking tray lined with foil.
Pour the garlic butter sauce over the shrimp.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, along with a bit of chopped scallions. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C on the upper rack for 10 minutes (I used the Changdi CK-15B oven).
