Doesn't Grandma's braised pork belly look tempting! Recently, Grandma has been on a ketogenic diet. All she eats is with sugar substitutes.
Ingredients
Kurobuta Pork Bellygrams
Dark Soy Saucespoons
Light Soy Saucespoons

Start by blanching. Add some Sichuan peppercorns.

Boil with some Sichuan peppercorns for 5 minutes, then rinse.

Ginger, scallions, soy sauce, and rice wine.
