Ingredients

Add some rock sugar and oyster sauce now. Avoid adding salt at this stage, as light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and oyster sauce already contain salt. Adjust the salt later if needed.

Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes, then add gluten. At this point, you can taste and adjust the seasoning. I like to add side dishes like gluten or dried tofu that absorb flavor and can withstand long cooking.
