Homemade Wine

Red wine can prevent arteriosclerosis, but don’t drink too much! As the saying goes, a little wine is a friend to health, but too much wine is the culprit of harm. Health experts recommend drinking a small glass of red wine every evening to promote blood circulation. However, red wine purchased from supermarkets costs about 10 to 20 yuan per bottle, and most of it is made from alcohol, grape juice, sugar, and potassium sorbate. It doesn’t taste good, strongly stimulates the head, and makes you feel uncomfortable.

Cooking Tips

1. Use a 1.5-liter container to store about 4-4.5 pounds of grapes. 2. Leave about an inch of space from the bottle opening, and choose purple-red grapes for better results. 3. Freshly-made wine will appear purple, but it will darken over time.
