Ingredients
Green onion1 stalk
Cooking wine10g
Ginger1 piece
Star anise2 pieces
Rock sugar80g
Bay leaves5 leaves
Cinnamon stick1 large piece
Light soy sauce4 teaspoons
Dark soy sauce1 teaspoon
Pork belly1500g
Dried chili peppers5 pieces
Salt1 teaspoon

Blanch the pork, then fry until the surface is browned.
