[Joyoung Enamel Cast Iron Pot] Red Wine Braised Beef

Typically, red wine braised beef requires placing a cast iron pot in the oven for more than 2.5 hours. This time, I tried using Joyoung's enamel cast iron electric rice cooker with the enamel braising function, and it only took one and a half hours to make the beef brisket tender and flavorful. One pot does it all—straight to the table—convenient and beautiful, truly surprising! Follow the recipe and stand a chance to win Joyoung gifts too~ Want to get more details about activities?
