June Fresh - Grandma's Braised Pork
This time, I used June Fresh Light Salt Original Soy Sauce. Less salt, no less flavor.
Ingredients
Pork belly500g
Ginger3 slices
Cooking wine1 spoon
Star anise1 piece
June Fresh Light Salt Soy Sauce20g
Red wineHalf cup
Oyster sauce10g
Sugar30g

Prepare the pork and wash it clean.

Put the pork into cold water and bring it to a boil for 5 minutes. Clean it.

Add the ingredients and pour in a bowl of water.

Cook for 30 minutes then add June Fresh Soy Sauce.

Add sugar.

Simmer for another 10 minutes until the water evaporates. Enjoy the delicious braised pork!
