Preheat the oven to 175°C. In a container, add the dry ingredients: psyllium husk powder, almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
Add the wet ingredients: apple cider vinegar and egg whites. Mix well.
Add boiling water and use a mixer to blend for about 30–50 seconds. Do not overmix—just form a dough.
Divide the dough evenly into 6 portions.
Shape the dough, place onto a tray, and brush with a layer of olive oil.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top, then place in the middle-lower rack of the oven and bake for 50–60 minutes.
