Pumpkin Sauce Chicken Pasta
Managing love and marriage is both a subject and an art. To help more people understand the essence of love, Totole has designated May 27 as Wife Appreciation Day (527 sounds like 'I love my wife') ^_^ On this day, Totole encourages men to cook for women, professing love to their partners through a delicious meal. 😍 Indeed, love sometimes is not only expressed through words, but also revealed through flavors. Especially for those with reserved personalities, directly expressing feelings to their loved ones might be challenging. Instead, conveying love through personally handmade food could be a better way—warmer and more unforgettable. Today's dish was entirely prepared by my husband. I only took photos and enjoyed the meal—so relaxing! Thanks to hubby for picking pumpkin, my favorite, for the sauce. Not only does it look good, but pumpkin itself has a light sweetness, pairing with chicken and pasta for a flavorful and rich taste. Sharing this recipe with you all. Wishing everyone a happy Wife Appreciation Day, and may happiness and sweetness fill your days! 💕 From May 14 to June 5, join Totole's Wife Appreciation Day events. Taste the flavor of love and let her feel it. Event link: https://www.xiachufang.com/page/market/1942/ Witness love moments and recreate the delicious dish. Buy now: https://m.tb.cn/h.e2qpl3f
Ingredients
Steps
Prepare the required ingredients:
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, then mix with Totole Banquet Soy Sauce, Cooking Wine, and Pepper Powder. (Totole Banquet Soy Sauce is made from first-pressed essence of soybeans and wheat, rich in nutrients and original aroma, with a reddish hue and rich fragrance.)
Mix well and marinate for a while; set aside.
Clean the broccoli and separate into small florets, slice the onion, and mince the garlic; set aside.
Peel and steam the pumpkin, then blend with milk in a blender (adjust the milk quantity based on the moisture content of the pumpkin).
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Heat a pan and add olive oil (if preferred, butter can be used for a richer aroma). Stir-fry the onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until they change color.
Add the pumpkin puree, mix well, bring to a boil, and then simmer on medium-low heat for a while.
While cooking the chicken sauce, cook the pasta and boil for one minute less than instructed on its package. Drain and set aside.
Lightly blanch the broccoli in the pasta cooking water.
Add the pasta and broccoli to the chicken pumpkin sauce, quickly mix, and simmer for one more minute.
Finally, season with Totole Chicken Seasoning and salt to taste.
Optionally, sprinkle black pepper or Italian herb mix to enhance aroma.
A delicious and creamy Pumpkin Sauce Chicken Pasta is ready to serve.
