Dice the tomato.

Add a small amount of oil to the pan (I added too much for one serving; using less will lower the calorie intake).

Scramble the egg over low heat.

Stir-fry until the tomato is soft and the egg is lightly red.

Rinse the konjac noodles with water, then add them to the pan.

Cooking Tips
Konjac noodles can be eaten after a quick rinse with boiling water, so just stir-fry them evenly in the pan.
