Simple Microwave Steamed Egg Custard
Ingredients
Eggs2
Warm water40—50ml
Sesame oil1 spoon
Light soy sauce1/2 spoon
SaltA tiny bit on the spoon tip

Take a clean bowl and crack two eggs into it

Add a tiny bit of salt on the spoon tip and some sesame oil

Stir clockwise until well beaten, about 2 minutes. You can skim off the bubbles or steam directly.

Place in the microwave and cook on high for 2—3 minutes.

This is the result without skimming the foam. Add light soy sauce after it's done. I used about 1/3 of the soy sauce cap.
