Soft tofu2 pieces
Minced garlic2 spoons
Chili powderHalf spoon
Light soy sauce2 spoons
Oyster sauce2 spoons
Doubanjiang (fermented bean paste)1 spoon
Chili oilA small amount
Chopped green onionsAs needed

Cut the soft tofu into small cubes and set aside.

Put oil, minced garlic, chili powder, and toasted white sesame seeds into a bowl.

Microwave on high for 1 minute.

Take it out and add 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, 1 spoon of doubanjiang, and half a spoon of Lao Gan Ma chili oil (optional).
