Mixed Herb Focaccia
Unboxing this Hauswirt oven, I was instantly charmed by its soft pink hue! The clean and minimalist design looks stunning in a white-themed studio. Opening the oven door, I noticed the heating tubes were circular, making me thrilled as it ensures even heating. The image of baking a visually stunning focaccia adorned with cherry tomatoes and various herbs popped into my mind—it perfectly matches the evenly heated, high-appearance oven! A focaccia infused with four types of herbs filled the room with an amazing aroma while baking. Eating it hot right out of the oven makes it even more delicious. My mom, who used to prefer sweet bread, now loves this focaccia the most. Why not try it out together?~ This oven is available in the marketplace: http://www.xiachufang.com/goods/61950/
Ingredients
Steps
Prepare all the ingredients needed.
Cut cherry tomatoes in half and set aside. Dice the potato into 1.5 cm cubes and set aside.
Mince garlic and mix it with 40ml of olive oil evenly, then set aside.
Mix high-gluten flour, water, salt, and yeast to form a smooth dough. Then gradually knead in the olive oil designated for the dough until absorbed.
Place the kneaded dough in a fermentation bowl and set aside.
The Hauswirt oven has multiple baking functions. Adjust the settings to fermentation mode. Cover the dough with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size.
Remove the fermented dough and deflate it.
Roll out the deflated dough to fit the size of a baking tray, then press small dimples into it with your fingers.
Evenly brush the garlic olive oil mixture over the dough with dimples.
Sprinkle crushed basil and oregano over the dough.
Top with cherry tomatoes and potato cubes, sprinkle rosemary, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 220°C with both the top and bottom heat. The pizza function on the Hauswirt oven can also be used.
Place the prepared focaccia in the preheated oven.
Bake for 15 minutes. Cover with tin foil later in the process if it starts browning too much.
The oven's adjustable internal lighting lets you observe how the focaccia becomes increasingly tempting during baking.
Take a picture of the moment you open the oven after baking!
