It's really simple, best to use a non-stick pan for guaranteed success! Cooking time: 10 minutes

Brush a layer of thin oil on the bottom of a flat-bottomed pan, place frozen dumplings, and pan-fry for about a minute. (Forgot to take a picture)

Add cold boiled water, covering about half of the dumplings.

Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat; at this time, beat 2 eggs with 3g salt, stir well, add a few ham pieces, and set aside.

Cooking Tips

PS: Dumplings don't need to be defrosted beforehand, cook them straight from frozen. If you'd like crispy egg-bottomed potstickers, heat for a little longer in the final step to let any extra moisture evaporate.
