Fail-Proof Egg-Wrapped Potstickers (Frozen Version) 🥟
It's really simple, best to use a non-stick pan for guaranteed success! Cooking time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
Steps
Brush a layer of thin oil on the bottom of a flat-bottomed pan, place frozen dumplings, and pan-fry for about a minute. (Forgot to take a picture)
Add cold boiled water, covering about half of the dumplings.
Cover with a lid and cook on medium heat; at this time, beat 2 eggs with 3g salt, stir well, add a few ham pieces, and set aside.
When the water in the pan is like in the picture, reduced to a very shallow amount, lower the heat.
Pour the egg mixture with ham pieces into the pan and cover the lid again, letting it slowly steam-cook.
Pour the egg mixture evenly! Make sure it covers all sides. If uneven, gently tilt the pan to spread the mixture, achieving a rounder look.
You may add a few more ham pieces on the surface.
When the egg mixture is almost set, sprinkle black sesame seeds; once fully set, remove from the pan, garnish with green onion, and enjoy!
Finished dish!
Serve with some fruit. Great for lunch or dinner!
