Prepare the main ingredients.
Beat the eggs, add 1.5 times warm water and mix evenly. Dissolve the salt in warm water first.
Strain the egg mixture to remove excess impurities and foam.
Cover with cling film, poke some small holes, and steam on high heat for about ten minutes starting from cold water.
During the steaming process, blanch the corn, carrots, and seaweed separately.
The steamed egg custard has a smooth surface that glows.
Shape the seaweed into a tree trunk and arrange the corn as blossoms. Dice the carrots into small cubes for flower centers.
Mix light soy sauce, Maggi seasoning sauce, sesame oil, and a bit of soup stock or cooled boiled water.
Gently pour the prepared sauce along the edge of the bowl.
