Clean and parboil the pork belly, and set aside
Boil the quail eggs in advance and make cuts on their surface
Heat the pan, then fry the quail eggs until their surface becomes crispy
Prepare spring onions, ginger, and garlic
Heat the pan and sauté until aromatic
Add the pork belly and stir-fry
Stir-fry until slightly browned, then add cooking wine
Add light soy sauce and dark soy sauce
Add water until it submerges the meat
Add the fried quail eggs and spices
Bring to a boil, switch to medium heat, add sugar and salt, then reduce the sauce
